A21’s Counter-Trafficking Toolkit (Toolkit) is a “Train the Trainer” resource for frontline professionals. The objectives of the Toolkit are to:

Provide informative guidance on human trafficking for frontline professionals

Promote best practices

Provide a tool to assist frontline professionals in identifying potential human trafficking situations

Support ongoing training and identification activities for different frontline professionals in your organization
A frontline professional is an individual likely to interact with a victim or potential victim of human trafficking as a result of the normal course of their duties. This includes but is not limited to law enforcement, health care, transportation, hospitality, and immigration professionals.
This Toolkit is free for frontline professionals. A21 encourages you to use this Toolkit within your organization for training purposes.

A21 hereby grants non-transferable, conditional rights to you and your organization to possess, use and publish the Toolkit within the United States for the purposes and in accordance with the aims and objectives of this Toolkit Agreement. These rights shall terminate immediately if you and your organization cease to use the Toolkit for any such purpose or fail to comply with its material obligations under this Agreement.
