Note. By completing this registration form, you confirm and agree

1. This registration as a Walk For Freedom Challenge Participant for your proposed participation in any Walk For Freedom Challenge activities suggested by A21 Campaign, Inc. (“A21”) and for your use of Walk For Freedom Challenge online content and related materials (“WFFC Content”) is subject to these terms and conditions
2. You will give accurate and, where appropriate, complete information where requested in your registration
3. You are over the age of 18 years and you are able and willing to financially meet any expenses and liabilities that may be associated with your participation in any Walk For Freedom Challenge activities. Participation in any Walk For Freedom Challenge activity is entirely a matter for your decision. A21 does not operate, manage or take responsibility for any Walk For Freedom Challenge activities it may suggest and you participate in such activities entirely at your own risk.
4. You will use all WFFC Content provided by A21 solely in accordance with any conditions and guidelines notified by A21 from time to time and solely in connection with your participation in the A21 Walk For Freedom Challenge. You will not amend or republish WFFC Content without A21’s express authorization
5. As a condition of your registration as a voluntary Walk For Freedom Challenge Participant you agree to be subject to and bound by any other A21 terms and conditions applicable from time to time to your participation
6. A21 values your privacy so your information will not be shared with anyone without your specific permission. A21 upholds transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection of your personal information. All information that you provide will be retained and processed in accordance with A21’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at a21.org/privacy. I understand that this is an initial registration process and not a commitment by A21 to suggest any Walk For Freedom Challenge activities for me to participate in nor to provide any specific WFFC Content.  I certify that I have provided accurate information in this registration form. I also understand that as a condition of participating in this Walk For Freedom Challenge I have accepted (and may be required to sign or otherwise confirm acceptance of) any A21 terms and conditions applicable from time to time to my participation.

2. You will give accurate and, where appropriate, complete information where requested in your registration
3.
